Tip 3: Be sure to take precautionary measures and protect your skin when exposed to the sunlight
Tip 4: Overall we want a diet high in nutrients and high in water containing foods such fresh as fruits and vegetables
Tip 5: A diet containing essential fatty acids such as those found in seeds, nuts, oils and fish help to nourish the skin
Tip 6: Adequate protein intake is important for making the amino acids that are vital to tissue building and cell repair. Protein can be found in many food sources such as meat, eggs, legumes, beans and more!
Tip 7: Consuming a high fibre diet with foods such as whole grains, legumes and vegetables help to detoxify the colon which presents the accumulation of toxins in the body
